Haryana Government has taken a serious look on the updation of Service Book on HRMS Portal of all the employees of Haryana. According to the latest instructions Govt has directed that this is in continuation of the letter No.10/01/2022-3CCII. dated 15th November 2022 of the HR Department wherein all the Departments were requested to complete the Service Book Validation of their employees by 31.11.2022 on the HRMS Portal Further, ACSF had also held a VC meeting or 16.11.2022 with 25 major Departments in which the service books have not heen completed by employees/DDOS. ACSF had categorically informed that the Finance Department will be forced to stop the salary of the employees and the DDOS concerned who have not completed his/her service book on HRMS by 30.11.2022.
As per updated information provided by NIC. 19259 employees have not completed their service book on the HRMS till date. Therefore, it has been decided to stop the salary of these 19259 employees and DDOS concerned. Accordingly, NIC is being directed to stop the payment of salary for the month of November paid in December 2022 of these 19259 employees and DDOS concerned (List enclosed immediately under intimation to the Human Resource Department (Chief Secretary Office) and Finance Department.
