Government of Haryana has issued instructions regarding reports/enquiries of Vigilance Department. According to instructions, it is noticed that in some cases the matters/complaints/source
reports/enquiry reports, etc., which were sent to ADs for seeking their comments by the Vigilance Department, have been closed by the ADS at their own level without sending report/comments to Vigilance Department. In such cases the ADs have endorsed merely a copy of their closure to the Vigilance Department for information only.
The Government has viewed it seriously and it has been decided that matters/complaints/source reports/enquiry reports, etc., referred by Vigilance Department to the Administrative Departments for sending comments on the same or enguiry and report should be returned back with the report/comments to the Vigilance Department.
