Directorate of Secondary Education Haryana has issued instructions regarding re-employment of teachers working in the govt schools across the State.
To provide uninterrupted study to the students of Government Schools, the State Government has decided that the School Teachers of Government Schools, who superannuated during the mid-session will work up to the end of the ongoing academic session ie. up to 31st March or till the department is able to fill the post through any mode whichever is earlier in the same school on the same post. The re-employment shall be purely temporary and on optional basis. The teacher concerned will submit the undertaking for re-employment to the Head of the school in the prescribed proforma attached as ‘Annexure-A’ and the DDO of the school concerned may allow him/her to continue on the same post. In case of Head of the school, the head of the school concerned will submit its undertaking to the BEO concerned and the BEO may allow to him/her to continue to work in the same school on the same post. During the Transfer Drive, all such posts shall be treated as deemed vacant.
