Haryana Government has issued instructions regarding issuance of No Dues Certificates from AG Haryana in favour if the State Government Employees against loans/advances earmarked by the State Government. According to the instructions loan data of some loanee employees are not available in e-billing, due to which DDOS are ubable to deduct the loan instalment from the salary of the concemed employee. Some employees have deposited their loan amount [principal, interest, penal interest, if any] through challan in Government Treasury. But even after deposition of complete loan amount, DDOS are unable to apply for NDC to AG (A&E), Haryana online through e-billing in respect of the concerned employee.
Due to which, employees feels harrrased and somewhere retiral benefits have also stopped in the absence of NDC issued by Accountant General (A&E), Haryana 2 Now, Government has considered the matter and decided that physical applications will be considered by AG (A&E), Haryana in such type of cases, which will be sent to AG (A&E), Haryana through Finance Department for issuance of physical NDC.
Therefore, it is requested to send only such type of cases to Finance Department issuance of NDC from AG (A&E), Haryana (not for NDC from PNB) with the following documents/information for and all documents should be attested by DDO.
(1) forwarding letter mentioning the reason for not sending the case through e-billing.
(2) copy of Sanctions.
(3) principal and interest amount deduction sheets.
(4) interest/panel interest calculation sheets alongwith formula used in calculationverified by Accounts Officer/Section Officer.
(5) copy of challan.
