Regarding Allotments of Govt Accommodation to Officers/ Employees

Haryana Government has issued instructions regarding allotments of govt accommodation to Haryana Government Officers/Employees. As per instructions, all the employees / officers are requested that whenever any employee / officer is allotted government accommodation, they should ensure to submit the information (Allotment letter, possession letter along with attachments) to the concerned branch, Accounts Branch and Accounts and Division Branch without any delay. So that the license fee / HRA can be deducted from their salary on time, if any employee / officer does not give information about allotment of government accommodation to the concerned branch on time and if any kind of recovery is made against them, then Rule No. He himself will be responsible for action under 17 of Haryana Civil Services (Allowances to Government Employees) rules, 2016 i.e. disciplinary action will be initiated against the Government servant/officer by the competent authority for receipt of House Rent Allowance by fraud/wrongful means.
