Public Notice to Fill Preferences For Group-C Posts By HSSC

Haryana Staff Selection Commission has issued a public notice regarding filling of preferences for Group-C posts. As per notice reference Advertisement No.3/2023 published on 07.03.2023 and as amended on 20.03.2023, which is available on the Commission’s website i.e. www.hssc. gov. in. for recruitment for various categories of Group C posts in different Departments/Boards/Corporations etc of State of Haryana.
As the candidates have applied for different categories of posts in different Departments/Boards/Corporations etc of State of Haryana without any preference, therefore, preferences for various categories of posts/Departments need to be filled by the candidates through online mode. A candidate will not be considered for a post/Department, if such a candidate has not given his/ her preference for the same. Preference, confirmed at the time of submission will be treated as final and will not be changed subsequently under any circumstances. Therefore, candidates are advised to be careful while exercising such options. The allocation of category of post and department shall be made on the basis of option/preference and merit of the candidates
Since the candidates have applied certain posts at the time of submission of application form, now the candidate shall fill only order of preference there against. No New post/category can be selected at this point of time.
It is informed to all candidates concerned who have filled phase-II application form of Group C posts that they are required to fill the preferences of postUDepartment and submit the same through online mode on designated portal i.e. https:/lonetimeregn.haryana.gov.in or www.hssc.gov.in. from 26.09.2023 to 02.10.2023 at 1 1:59 P.M. there after the link will be disabled. It may be noted that no further opportunity for filling the preference shall be given to candidates and preference confirmed at the time of submission will be treated as final and will not be changed subsequently under any cireumstances.
