Haryana Government has issued clarification towards notification issued vide No. 16/71/2021-3GS-II, dated 19.01.2022, vide which, (clause-IV) the State Government had superseded all the instructions of D.C. Rates fixed/revised from time to time by the Deputy Commissioners in Haryana State and prescribed Nigam Wage Rates for supply of manpower.
Now, many departments are seeking clarification as to whether past services can be calculated for the purpose of enhancement of salary of the persons engaged through HKRNL
The State Government has considered the matter and it is clarified that past services rendered before Nigam Wage Rates prescribed vide instructions of even number dated 19.01.2022 will not be calculated for the purpose of enhancement of salary in case of persons engaged through Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam Limited.
