In compliance of judgment dated 25.04.2022 passed by Hon’ble High Court vide passed in CWP No. 15672 of 2021, Haryana Staff Selection Commission revised the result of Clerks on 23.06.2022 vide which many Clerks were ousted from the final selection list.
Further, Punjab & Haryana High Court, Chandigarh vide interim orders dated 06.07.2022 passed in CWP No. 14017 of 2022- titled as Rajpal Vs Haryana Staff Selection Commission and another has ordered to maintain the Status Quo qua services of the petitioners.
Now, various Departments are seeking advice whether promotions and other benefits can be granted to the Clerks, ousted from the final merit list dated 23.06.2022 of HSSC.
The matter has been considered by the Government and after thorough examination it has been decided that no benefit will be granted to these ousted Clerks as per revised result, recruited against Advt. No. 05/2019, Cat. No. 01, as their appointment is void ab-initio i.e. invalid from the date of initial appointment.
