Directorate of School Education Haryana has issued a clarification regarding Block Preferences from Teaching Cadre employees working in schools of Haryana. According to the notice a lot of queries received at HQ regarding portal for seeking block preferences from all teaching cadre employees.
As mentioned in the notice it is further clarified that department wants to analysis preferred places of posting and block-wise availability of vacancies. For this purpose department needs micro level data from all teaching cadre employees regarding their preferences for further posting. This exercise is for data analysis purpose only.
On the basis of this analysis necessary amendments in Teachers’ Transfer Policy will be proposed to the Government, so that maximum teachers can be adjusted at their preferred places.
It is again clarified that purpose of present exercise for seeking block preference is not for immediate transfer of employees. Therefore, all the teaching cadre employees are required to fill their blocks in order of preference for future posting including the employees posted on non-core posts also.
Further it is also being reiterated that teachers who do not indicate any choice/ preference, then it will be presumed that they are ready to serve anywhere in the state.
