As per letter No. SEC/IME/2023/1698, dated 12.10.2023 issued by State Election commission, Haryana alongwith Notification No. SEC/IME2023/1680, dated 12.10.2023 for the conduct of Bye-Elections of five wards, namely, Ward No. 15 of Municipal Council, Sohna. District Gurugram, Ward No. 01 of Municipal Council, Kaithal, Ward No. 16 of Municipal Council, Narnaul, District Mahendergarh, Ward No. 05 of Municipal Committee. Rajound, District Kaithal and Ward No. 11, Municipal Committee, Bawal, District Rewari for which the poll will
be held on 05.11.2023.
It is, therefore, requested that the oficers/officials of the State Government deputed to conduct the above said elections or connected with conduct of these elections in any manner should not be transferred till the declaration of results of above said elections. However. in case, where it is considered necessary to transfer an officer/official connected with the above
said elections, prior written approval of the State Election Commission must be obtained.
