The minimum educational qualification for recruitment in Group “C” posts was enhanced from matric to 10+2 in Haryana. The question whether the minimum education qualification of 10+2 for recruitment allowed under these instructions is admissible to the officials appointed by transfer/deputation has been considered by the Government (in HRD) and it has been decided that in continuation of instructions dated 21.04.2023, the Minimum Educational Qualification for recruitment/appointment by transfer/deputation of Group ‘C’ posts shall be upgraded to 10+2 or equivalent, where the minimum education qualification is matric without any diploma of Polytechnic or Industrial Training Institute etc. Human Resources Department to meet the purpose of instructions under reference ‘Model Amendment Specimen’ has been enclosed herewith which has been finalized after the approval of Council of Ministers.
