Haryana Staff Selection Commission has issued a public notice regarding edit option for already filled application form for CET (Common Eligibility Test). Further HSSC has also extended the last date for candidates who couldn’t apply earlier. According to the notice reference Advertisement No.3/2023 published on 07.03.2023 and as amended on 20.03.2023 which is available on the Commission website i.c. www.hssc.gov.in. for recruitment to Group C posts in various departments/Boards/Corporations etc.
Whereas the applicants, in view of mistakes having been made while filling the application forms, have demanded to allow them an opportunity to edit the application form to correct any particulars/information; Now, therefore, keeping in view the demand and convenience of candidates, the Commission has decided to allow this opportunity.
Therefore, it is advised to all candidates who have filled and submitted the online applications till 05th May, 2023 (closing date), that they should carefully read the already downloaded acknowledgement card and check the particulars/informations therein. After going through the acknowledgment card/form, if any candidate wants to edit any particular/information regarding the Application Form, he/she is granted this opportunity to fill fresh application form from 07th May, 2023 to 12th May, 2023. After selecting this optionto fill fresh form, his/her earlier filled application form shall stand withdrawn and all claims qua that application will deemed to have been withdrawn by candidate voluntarily and he/she will have to submit fresh application form along with supporting documents and the fresh application shall be considered.
Further, remaining candidates who have not filled and submitted their applications till 05th May, 2023 are also granted an opportunity to fill and submit applications now from 07th May, 2023 to 12th May, 2023. Such candidates are advised to be vigilant while filling applications as no opportunity of edit after final submission of application form shall be available to them. They may submit online application up to 12th May, 2023 at 11:59 P.M. on designated portal i.e. https://onetimeregn.haryana.gov.in or https://onetimeregn.haryana.gov.in:8081/hssconline/applicationIndex. where after the link will be disabled. It may be noted that no further opportunity for filling or editing applications shall be given under any circumstances.
