Haryana Government has issued the rate of interest to be charged on vanous loans and advances( General Provident Fund, House Building Advance, Motor Cycle/ Cycle Advance, Marriage Advance, Computer Advance etc.) to Government employees including IAS officers in the 2nd quarter (1 July to 30 September, 2023) of 2023-24. In case of mis-utilization of any loan, penal interest @10% per annum will be charged from the applicant over and above normal rate of interest. It has also been decided to fix the rate of interest at 7. 10% per annum on deposits in the General Provident Fund (GPF) and other similar funds wef 01.07.2023 to 30.09.2023.
